Role Overview:

As a co-founder, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Herufy and driving our mission forward. You’ll work closely with the existing team to develop and execute strategies, build partnerships, and lead key initiatives that will propel Herufy to the forefront of the data analytics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on refining and executing Herufy’s vision and long-term strategy
  • Contribute to product development and innovation, ensuring our solutions meet market needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
  • Participate in fundraising efforts and manage financial resources effectively
  • Lead marketing and sales initiatives to drive business growth
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
  • Represent Herufy at industry events and in media opportunities
Qualifications:
  • Proven entrepreneurial experience or a strong desire to build and grow a business
  • Passion for technology, data analytics, and business strategy
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Relevant experience in data analytics, software development, or business consulting is a plus.
